People's Law School seminar entitled "Family Law"
January 17 2004--Does "equitable" mean equal? Will we divide our property 50/50 in a divorce action?
The Bucks County Bar Association in conjunction with Bucks County Community College offers a seminar covering basic laws of divorce in Pennsylvania with an emphasis on Bucks County Family Court practice and procedures for divorce, support and child custody issues. Attorneys
from the Alpha Center for Divorce Mediation in Doylestown, Pennsylvania will speak on these and other issues including "domestic partners" contracts and prenuptial agreements.
